Private Personal Training based on your Initial Evaluation; your personal trainer will design a strength and fitness program for your specific goals. During your training sessions, you will meet with a private format. During your private training session, you will be receiving in-depth instruction while improving your overall fitness level.

Small Group Personal Training based on your Initial Evaluation as well as your goals; your personal trainer will design a strength and fitness program for you. During your training sessions, you will meet in a semi private format which is a small group (2-5 members).  During your semi private training sessions, you will receive in-depth instruction while sharing the cost of personal training session within a small group.  Each member will receive an individual program where the trainer will select appropriate modification for client’s fitness level.

Large Group Interval Training is a great alternative to semi private training.  This group personal training session is ideal for client looking to burn calories and needs accountability to be pushed beyond previous fitness capability.  This circuit style class accommodates 6-12 members.

Initial Evaluation is the first step in starting a Personal Training Service. This complimentary evaluation is essential for us to analyze your fitness goals and develop a program which best fits your expectations.  Every client has different reasons for starting a fitness program.  Our goal is to create well rounded fitness program that include weight training, cardiovascular training, flexibility training and to help improve your nutritional habits as well.
