Fortunately for me, I have participated in Chad’s small group lessons for over a year and a half.  
Before I started with Chad, I greatly needed to strengthen my legs and knees and achieve more
flexibility in all of my joints.  Since working with him, I no longer need constant physical therapy or
pain relievers for overtaxed knees! My core and arms are much stronger than in previous years.  
Chad encourages me to reach a little farther than I thought possible but listens to me and adjusts
the workouts when I am unsure if my body will cooperate.  He has always given great advice on
conditioning strategies and health tips I can use outside of class.  His small group classes are a must
for keeping body and bones strong and flexible! Not only has working with Chad made a difference in
my personal wellness, but my husband is now working with him to build strength and flexibility as well.
We’re excited for the results that Chad continues to help us achieve!

Upon the recommendation of a good friend, I started training with Dan in the
spring of 2011.  His years of experience and extensive knowledge allowed
him to quickly develop an understanding of not only my strengths and weaknesses,
but of greatest importance, my goals.  Over the years, his approach has
always been friendly, flexible and practical.  In early 2013, my wife Ann
realized how much she could benefit by working with him as well.  Thanks to
Dan, we are now both as strong and healthy as we have ever been!

I started really training in 2011 with Dan despite my extremely busy schedule. I do
a lot of traveling as well as having a lot of other work related events to attend and the
staff at Wrightway has been nothing but accommodating. They have really motivated me
to do things to help my body and create a better lifestyle. With their guidance beyond the gym
I have been held accountable as well as advised to just take some time to myself which
I have never done in the past. My level of fitness has never been better and I strongly recommend
the staff at Wrightway training for the excellent job that they do.

I’ve been involved in sports  all my life and the gym has always gone along with it. 
My experience and background gave me the knowledge that the average individual
would never have when it comes to workouts, proper techniques, etc. In my case I
was hitting a wall and I wasn’t seeing the progress and gains that I wanted to see so I
asked the staff at Wrightway for help/advice. They took the time to break down my entire
daily routine from the time I woke up all the way till I went to bed.  My diet was the first
thing to change and it wasn’t that I was eating poorly, I was just going about it
the wrong way and they helped to give me the guidance to focus my diet from
beginning to end.  Right away I started to see and feel the change and
noticed that my workouts were greatly benefiting from the change.  Then
came my workouts, I was so focused on doing so much that I got away from
focusing my lifts so that I got the most out of my time in the gym.  They 
helped me “get back to basics” just like it was when I was in college I 
once again had a regiment that I could follow and week by week they tracked my
progress making the needed tweaks here and there as time went on.  My
workouts are challenging, they are steadily changing, and my body is changing in
ways that I’ve never seen, and I’m bigger faster, stronger and leaner now than I ever
was in college.  As my progress continues to improve my workouts are
adapted and my body is constantly kept on its toes utilizing everything I’ve got
in order to complete my workouts.  I’ve noticed the change in my body and
in myself as a person and other people are noticing as well I mean who doesn’t
like positive attention?  I’m looking better and more importantly I feel
better and that’s always a winning combination.  Without their
professionalism and knowledge I would never be where I am today physically, they
often say all they do is give me the tools and I take care of the rest. 
Part of that is true but they do much more than just gives you the tools, they
put you in the best situation to succeed and all you have to do is stick with it.
